How To Spa
Spa Etiquette
Ayus Spa experience offers you time for reflection. To ensure you enjoy your time with us and as a courtesy to other clients, please ensure that you switch off your mobile phone when entering the spa. Keep noise to a minimum and show respect and consideration at all times.
Leisure Facilities
As an Ayus Spa guest you are welcome to use the SanVitae Health and Leisure facilities which include and 18m heated indoor pool with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. A fully equipped gym is also at hand if you fancy a workout.
Bookings
All booking require a credit or debit card to secure booking.
Cancellation Policy
Regrettably a 50% cancellation fee applies if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of treatment. A no-show for appointment will result in a 100% cancellation charge. These charges will apply automatically. If you are running late we may not be able to perform the full service, however you will be charged the full fee.
Time of Arrival
To Reap the full benefit of your experience, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate other appointments.
Spa Attire
We request that hotel guests using the Spa wear the bathrobes and slippers if provided in your rooms.
Special Health Considerations
Some therapies are not suitable for clients with medical conditions so please let us know if you have any of the following when you make your booking: heart conditions, cancer, high or low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes. Please tell us about any recent surgery or if you are pregnant. We advise you consult your doctor before signing up for any spa treatments if you have any of the above conditions. Please also inform your therapist of any medical conditions. It is recommended that you do not consume alcohol before any of your treatments.
Valuables and Jewellery
A locker is provided for your personal belongings. Ayus Spa is not responsible for any lost items.
Minimum Age
In the interest of health and safety please understand we cannot accommodate children under the age of 18 years for any treatment.
